INSTRUCTORS: Fiona, Dylan, Shane and Lachlan.
DURATION: 45mins.
Intensive indoor group training. Interval training with a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Participating in this class will improve athletic capacity and condition.
INSTRUCTORS: Kieren.
DURATION: 45mins.
Indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and can burn hundreds of calories in a session. It increases cardi fat burning, metabolic rate, cardio endurance and improves lung and heart capacity.

DURATION: 60mins.
1 hour full body resistance workout using combination of body weight exercises and weights equipment (not shared). Suitable for all levels of fitenss.

Small group fitness class using gloves and spotting pads. High impact and intensive cardiovascular excercise.

A form of exercise emphasing the balanced development of body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement.
